Palazzo della Cultura (Palace of Culture) is a place that was born to promote activities and cultural events, through the exchange of ideas and new ways of thinking. There are also the public library, the Literary Café, and the multifunctional room with exhibition spaces. 

The reading rooms and the library service will be available on:  

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 to 13 and from 14.30 to 20,
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8 to 13 and from 14.30 to 18.30.
